Hi shirls - Have you seen your doctor? He / she could probably offer you some good pain relief in the way of tablets or cream. On a practical level, lightweight footwear with good insoles & maybe now the weather is getting a little cooler, thermal long johns for your knee problem will keep the area warm. Hope this helps.

Artrosilium gel is supposed to be good too.You'll probably find it if you Google.

Hi shirls , have you seen your gp with this , I ask because you may need an x-ray of your knee and also your hip , sometimes it can actually be the hip in trouble that is referred pain to the knee which turns out to be ok. :-)

I also use Phytorheuma cream. It`s a great help. I also take Devil`s Claw tablets.
