Lumps
my 8 year old boxer bitch recently had three lumps removed (head, breast and back leg on the joint) the vet said we should have the results back next week. the dog is fine is eating and drinking and wants to go for walks but she has been sleeping a lot more lately. i have now just noticed that where the lump on her leg was removed it has now swollen again and feels very 'bouncy' she is due to go back to vets on thur but im wondering whether it would be best to call emmergency vet?

My vet practice is really good and they give good advice over the phone.
Give your vet a tinkle on Monday.
There is no point worrying and if there is something wrong there is no point in delaying treatment.
Best wishes.

Hi Jaycee401,
If the lump is right where the last one was removed, it might be a seroma (fluid accumulation) and have to be drained. However, as wolf63 says, this isn't an emergency and pup should last til Monday! However, if it gets very painful and the dog gets a temperature or acts sick, contact a vet for advice.
