My daughter was diagnosed with a heart murmur at birth which has steadily been improving to the point where she has almost been signed off by the clinic. However, on her latest report , issued to us and her doctor, it states that at her last ECG she had an "increased pulmonary valve gradient" . Can anyone explain to me what that means ?

If you look at Wikipedia under pulmonary valve stenosis
you will see that an ECG shows the pressure gradient across the valve. Would imagine that your daughter's is in the gray area (i.e. 25 to 50mm/Hg) so they will just keep an eye on it. It's obviously righting itself as I believe it can sometimes.
