My joints keep on clicking. I'm not overly concerned about it, but I was wondering what, if anything, I could do to stop it, or at least improve it? For example, take cod liver oil to improve suppleness? I don't know if that would help but it's about the only thing I can think of as an example. It's not painful, just uncomfortable. I get it a lot when I'm exercising - nothing strenuous, just leg extensions or lifting reasonable weights - and even when I'm not. I'm only 16 and quite healthy so I doubt it's anything medical.
Thanks :)

My joints have never clicked, but they have - in time - got harder to move, so I have tried glucosomane (or whatever it's called) and it has helped. You can only try something - if it works, fine, if not, well try something else.
