I was going to BUT apparently there is an ingredient which interfers with your thyroid which can result in problems later on in life i.e. under/over active thyroid. Kelp aids weight loss in a similar way.
Plus the 'burst of energy' you can experience is from caffine which isn't a great substance to be pumpipng into your body just to lose weight.
I'd be interested to know if it works but I'd also want to know far more about it and the long term affects (if any) instinct just tells me its cant be as great as it seems!
