how would i know if i'm going through menopause? my mum who is 68 never had hot flashes or any other signs of menopause. her periods just stopped and she said her last period was like all the others.

I'm going through it/went through it early, believed to have been brought on by personal reasons too, but don't want to discuss on here! In reply to baglady's question, you can get a blood test done by your GP which will tell you how low your oestrogen levels are and whether you are going through it or not which will help you to prepare. Hope this helps!

Info on the Research
Hope no one minds me asking for this on the forum, but
I am looking for case studies for people going through the menopause who would be willing to take a natural herbal product (one of the first to be licensed by the Medicines & Healthcare products Regulatory Agency). which helps to relieve the symptoms of menopause.

Whoever is willing to be a case study, we would ask them to do the following:
- We would send you the product to take for 2-3 months
- You would then be profiled/interviewed by any interested media (examples include Mirror Health etc) to talk about how the product helped you.
- We offer �100 in total for any media interviews published.
