what can i have ?

im so sluggish i have a healthy diet but never wanna do anything cant be bothered but can sleep in the day and at night and im still always tired im only 27 is there anything i can take to give me a kick up the a** ??

Maybe you should see your GP, have some blood tests done, maybe you have a Thyroid problem or some other condition. Other than that, you could be like me, just plain bone idle.
hi l and j.i agree go and see ur doc.it could be anything from stress to thyroid problems.i had the same symptoms as you which turned out to be fibromyalgia which isnt a disease or anything more a series of symptoms.
try looking on google or something similar.exercise could help but if your aneamic exercise could do more harm than good until your properly treated.hope you feel better soon
sometimes the foods you eat do not give you enough of the vitamins you need. its a good thing to try vitamins, go for the liquid stuff and not the pills, to much pills that benefit you can also damage your liver, so go with liquid, it will give you good energy! its also a good idea to get blood tests and just visit a nutrienist! hopefully this helps!
It would be a good idea to see your GP, as tiredness can be a symptom of an underlying problem, such as iron deficiency anaemia or a thyroid problem. A simple blood test could rule these out so it is certainly worth doing. As for a 'kick up the a**', try to avoid coffee or red bull etc, as these will actually make you more tired.
