how long does it take for kalms to work?

bought them today, have my driving test saturday and am dead nervous which is not likd me at all.

two, 3 times a day sachs. I have been reading some reviews online which are mixed success with kalms.

To be honest I don't think they work at all! I took them for anxiety years back and they made no difference!

I took Bach's Rescue Remedy when I had my driving test and that seemed to work. A few drops on the tongue about an hour before I set off if I remember rightly...

They don't make you 'feel' any different, but looking back afterwards you may realise you were not quite as tense.

I think there may be a massive placebo effect, but if thinking they might help has the right effect then they have done their job.

They work for me whenever I need them to. They should take effect within 30mins. You won't notice any profound difference after taking them as the effect is very subtle. I took two an hour before my driving test and I was very calm, not nervous at all. That's totally out of character for me in that kind of situation I can tell you!

Like eash, I can also recommend Bach Rescue Remedy as an alternative. But now that you have them anyway, do take the Kalms before your driving test. I'm sure you'll be glad you did.

Remember, all the good drivers are at the rear and the bad drivers in front (they're the ones to watch out for).

Stay off the sedatives and keep positive. Think of all the drivers you know who are idiots, if they passed so can you.

Tell the tester you're a nurse and need your licence for work....every little bit helps.

my test has beem put back to nexp satrday phew. Am goin to see my doctor for advice.
