Stomach problems

Has anyone suffered these symptoms ?

Stomach feels hard - with a bloated feeling.
No pain - just very uncomfortable at times. Had this
for a few days now on and off..

Any suggestions please?

Ummm without being crude but what about the obvious...are you errrrmmmm constipated?

Or maybe you have a slight food intolerance?


Failign that ...have you eaten lots of brussel sprouts haha

No - not constipated - no brussel sprouts ( lol )

Had wondered about food intolerance - but cant think of
anything at all that I have eaten that is different.
