If you had a blood test for Hormone levels or something like that would it show that you were pregnant?

no.....only if you mentioned that you might be pregnant...bloodtest would only check hormone levels

Depends what hormones they were testing for.

If they are testing hormones in general it is likely it would show up a high level of the pregnancy hormone.

Are you worried it would or wouldn't show up pregnancy for some reason?

No its just a general question really - Im being tested for PCOS soon and these are the blood tests they do 1st i was just wondering in general if it would show something like that up?

only if they look for the pregnancy hormone. If you are having tests for pcos they wont

Speaking as someone who works in the lab, if you are being tested for PCOS then yes, it would show if you were pregnant due to an increase in your gonadotropin hormone levels.
