Will you help a cancer patient/single mom?

I need HELP!! I am a single mom with cancer. I have a pending disability case but no income in the mean time. I am getting evicted from the one bedroom apartment that my child and I share. The engine in my car blew up the other day and now I don't even have transportation to get to my doctors appointments. I need money for food, rent and a Christmas pressent for my child. If you have a car you dont need that runs, that would be great too. Everything I have told you is the truth and I can verify anything you want to know. I know there are people who play on your sympothy to scam you, but thats not me. Please help if you can. Even $5 is more than I have right now. i do know there is help available at Salvation Army type of thing in USA. But go to your local church maybe they can offer you some guidance if not help.

Have you been to your local church as suggested above? They would help you if you are genuine.

Lakitu & LoftyLottie, i take my hat off to you both, what great gestures. Sometimes we need to put aside our doubts and put faith in a stranger, just like that gentleman did with you Lakitu.
I too don't think this is a scam, but i'd rather be seen as a soft touch, who cares, than the opposite.
