I need HELP!! I am a single mom with cancer. I have a pending disability case but no income in the mean time. I am getting evicted from the one bedroom apartment that my child and I share. The engine in my car blew up the other day and now I don't even have transportation to get to my doctors appointments. I need money for food, rent and a Christmas pressent for my child. If you have a car you dont need that runs, that would be great too. Everything I have told you is the truth and I can verify anything you want to know. I know there are people who play on your sympothy to scam you, but thats not me. Please help if you can. Even $5 is more than I have right now. Heres an email I sent last month to our Governor Charlie Crist because I was not getting anywhere with the food stamps. I am getting them now, but it's only $176 a month and I am out of them.

Dear Governor Christ,

I have been trying to reach DCF for a week and a half to no avail. Their website states that agents are available Mon-Fri from 8-5 however every time I call, the automated system tells me that no agents are available at this time and to please try my call later. All I am trying to do is find out my case status for my food stamps. I tried to register online to check case status, but you have to have your case number and I do not have mine. If someone could just give me my case number I could check to see if my food stamps went through. I called your office and was put to voice mail 3 times, hung up on twice and my call was ignored twice. Please help me get my case number.

Dispite this very possibly being a scam, you showed something wonderful in trying to help some one.
To those who appear to have proved this lady is not on the level.... well done. And thank you.
To the lady herself If you are on the level I don't think you put much thought into what you were doing or asking. There are to many scams out there for you to have ever been taken seriously on here.
If you are not on the level be sure to know that if anything else appears on here in the same vain do not think for one minute that you will not be sussed out because people on here, although kind at heart for the most part, are not stupid.
