Something stuck in my throat?

Yesterday i ate a peice of a sausage and i didn't realise the plastic stuff stuck onto the sasauge (it was same colour as sasauge) since then it feels like something like the plastic is stuck in my throat. Also my stomach has been feeling full and bloated since the incident and it also feels like something is blocking down my throat. Sometimes i throwing up some of my food i just ate.

please help
