Hi basically I know a girl and I want to have sex with her without a condom. If I get het tested for HIV and all the other stuff what are the risks of me catching something? I mean she may have been with guys and have caught hiv but the anti bodies are not yet present. Is there a risk at all?

I dont think so 4get. but the encounter I am talking about is only a short term thing with no scope to a long relationship. we have both agreed on this
Best for all concerned if Mr Condom has it bobbitted!!
You & this girl might just enjoy living in your trailer in the trailer park with all your snotty nosed kids running around.

The dole don't pay much these days tho.

FFS!!!!!!

Ignorance & stupidity. A dangerous & frightening combination!
4get....that is no protection against STD's.

many couples have sex based around fertile and non fertile days. is it really me who needs to grow up here. or is it this school yard ganging up on people the immature thing on this thread.
Short term?!!! Would a baby be a short term thing?! I don't think so. I think you are being very immature about this.
You have been given good advice and you're not even being grateful, just having a go at people!

listen ok alright I take your point aboutpregnancy and without bieng rude there is another form of sex where you wouldnt get pregnant. if I did this what are the risks of HIV after we both tested?
sqad I know that. I was just saying that my mates are doing it but surely if they are both tested before hand they cannot catch any STD. And condom many people do yes and lots get pregnant. So take people advice find a condom that you are not allergic to they do exist. and yes it is really you that needs to grow up. You're welcome
I would also like to know the risk if you were both tested as I;ve said this is what my mate has done but I think it is strange that you are both getting tested for such a short term thing
I would assume that if you were both clear then you wouldn't get it from each other but there are other ways of contracting HIV. Why don't you ask when you have the tests done? They will be the best people to ask

because i thought with hiv it takes a while to develop antibodies to the virus. therefore you can get false negatives in the early stages.........

this is what I asked originally not about pregnancy
''without bieng rude there is another form of sex where you wouldnt get pregnant.''

Yeah... Mrs Palm and her 5 lovely daughters...
I feel that we have all missed the point here.

The whole world, including condom, knows the risk of unprotected sex and despite all the above comments:

1) UK has one of the highest teenage pregnancy rates in Europe.
2) Each year in the UK there are just under 400, 000 NEW cases of STD's.

So perhaps we are not so clever in getting our advice across as we think.
OR
Are we missing something?
You are a clown, condom!
yes condom you are right it does so you could catch something that hasnt been detected yet. There is great advice here

and erm snags I think he means up the ?????? but of course slight chance you can then aswell
You are correct about false negatives, that's why you have two tests, usually about three months apart. By then I assume your short term thing will be over...

Also, the other sex you talk about can be considered more dangerous as there is a greater chance of tearing etc.

I'd go with snags suggestion
No sh1t 4get ;-)
4get.....let us take this scenario

We have been in a stable relationship for 2 yrs, we have both been tested for STD's and we are both clear. We plan to get married and on my stag night I get drunk and have unprotected sex and catch an STD.

The fact that we were HIV negative means nothing now.
Of course there's a risk you stupid man.
My concern here is more about the poor mug you're wanting to have sex with - let's hope she has more sense than you and either (a) refuses to have sex with you, or (b) if she consents - she makes you wear a condom whether you want to or not.
