Hi Stompe, haven't been on here much the last couple of days, been in quite a bit of back pain and can't sit at the computer for long, I've missed you all though,

Hi Gelda, we were wondering how we are as we hadn't seen you about. I'm sorry to hear about your back, its really difficult to find a comfy position I know, and when you do you tend to stick with that.
Its lovely to see all the great threads on A&N. Quite a few of us are on FaceBook which gives us a chance to natter without some of the nutter that can infest this site from time to time.
