since xmas my shoulder has been a little bit painful when I move my arm and put it behind my neck. I used to do 100 pessups a day and stopped this till it was better but its just stayed the same. As the swimming pools has just opened again I thought I would get back into swimming a mile a day. I only swim front crawl and when I do I can feel my shoulder clicking. Its not painful just a little uncomfortable.

when I was 20 I got mugged and got in a brawl with 3 guys and my other shoulder was kicked so much that a bone was displaced and the doctor said I would get arthritus in it in my 30's. But this shoulder is ok and its the other one that is bad which doesnt make sense.

Should I carry on exercising or just completely leave it. I havent done anything for like 3 months and it hasnt improved. I really dont know what to do.
