Spots!!!
6 Answers
I am very overweight and have been watching what I eat, drinking plenty of water and green tea and exercising. So far I have lost 11lbs which is encouraging. However, I seem to be getting a large amount of spots, particularly on my neck. I am 40 and I have never found spots a real problem until now. Is it normal having cut out chocolate altogether to suffer this way? Thanks.

Start at the feet, brush all the way up your leg in slow firm strokes, left leg, then right leg, then continue up your torso, then fingertips in towards shoulders.
This will stimulate the skin to renew, help with the spots and get the blood get moving, and help shift some of the toxins that are sitting around. Also helps getting rid of cellulite for those who suffer.

Good luck with your diet. I have just finished week one of my diet and lost a miserable 2 pounds. I was 20 stone 3 lbs when I weighed myself today in Boots. My highest weight was 21 stone 9 lbs.
Do you think that AB would let us have a littler corner of a site for a diet section?
I have even put my cats on diets - that isn't working too well. There is only so much "Meh, Meh" a girl can take.
Best wishes

Thanks Kira - I will give a body brush a go.
Wolf - I put all my weight on when I gave up smoking 5 years ago. I was very nearly 20 stone at my worse. I have been using a WiiFit believe it or not and doing the exercises on there and just eating a little more sensibly and not snacking I have lost 11lbs since 11 April. It has given me such incentive to keep it up. Believe me hon, if I can do it, you can too !!!
