Ladies (& Sqad) : vaginal dryness
31 Answers
A colleague of mine is c/o vaginal dryness. I think part of it's her age (almost 50), being pre-menopausal. She's tried the usual lubricants - KY, Sylk etc. I recommended Vitamin E capsules, meaning orally, but she asked if she could just go "straight to the source" so to speak - and insert them internally. I laughed initially - but is this such a daft idea? The coating of the capsules dissolves, so surely inserted into the vagina, at night before going to sleep, would be just as if not more effective?

Well, up until the end of page 1, I was impressed how well behaved people were. I thought they;d take one look at : sallabananas, vaginal dryness and the smut would begin immediately.
My colleague (of course not me; I've never had a problem with dryness, only in wit & humour) does want a long-term solution. Full marks to Leggy so far for his Replens suggestion. though I must recommend Sprayer for his 3 in 1 oil - a good cheap alternative, though maybe the odour would be a tad offputting?
