I am running in a 10k event on Sunday. For the last few weeks I have been running between 5 and 10k three times a week. I have run about 8k this morning and will be doing the same this evening (to and from work).

For the last 2 weeks I have run in a Saturday morning run with a group of people (Park Run). As I have a competitive nature, I tend to run this at maximum speed.

Should I run tomorrow, or should I just relax and prepare for Sunday?

I used to run 10 miles every day for a week. By Sunday, I was 70 miles from home. *arf* *arf*

Good luck in your race by the way.
Hi I think you should take a day off the day before the race and let your body have a bit of recovery time. Make sure you eat well and consume enough Carbs to give you energy.

Good luck.
