Slightly embarresing question

Hi, this is more than just slightly embarresing its very embarresing but here goes, im 45 years old soon, and when i was 25 i had a hysterectomy, a few years after the op i found intercourse very painful, i had internal examinations and found that my vagina was stuck together at the top, i had another op to unstick it only to find its happened again, ive got to go back to the gp in 2 weeks time after using a hormone cream he prescribed for internal use, if i have to go through the unsticking process again what are the chances its all going to stick again, and is there anything else that can be done so it stays unstuck. Sorry if this is embarresing but i need to know whats the best thing to do, leave it be or have it operated on again. Thanks

i would imagine that if you have it "unstuck" again, you will be advised to use those inserts to keep it open

and i meant to say, whether you have it done again is your judgement call - do you want to carry on having penetrative sex?. i think the more surgery you have the more likely you are to have adhesions (sticking toether)

a bit like progressively bigger dildoes i suppose (not as big as that though0 they use them for women who've had radiotherapy in that area to keep the vagina patent

The problem being with me the adhesion is as far up as you can get, so one of these magic wand things wont be big enough will it, not that i have a big vagina, god get me a spade lol, you know what i mean tho dont you, and i cant walk around all day with this inserted can i, or am i barking up the wrong tree, someone help me out here please lol.
