Could it be pile?

Im asking on behalf of my partner, yesterday and today after opened his bowel, there was blood on whole stool and little drip from rectal and also some blood on the tissue. I told him i think its pile cos it was the same as last March after his op (remove Gallstone). But now its came back. We thought pile is always caused by straining but he wasnt straining. Last March had it examined twice, both doctors said its pile and gave him some pessaries, it has helped. But its came back again.

Thanks for the advice. Will phone doctor first thing in the morning. Want to make sure everythings ok.

It is almost certainly a pile, but if the symptoms are recurring then go back to your GP.
