I wake each morning and always sneeze at least twice then my nose will not stop running for at least 10 minutes. Well today it has not stopped at all. Any suggestions. It is surely too early for hay fever?

No it's not too early for hay frever - mine always starts around mid-March, when the catkins start flowering. I take medication until around mid-October when it fades away again.
