If I eat nothing but fruit, vegetables & fish for the next fortnight, and severely restrict my alcohol intake. If I walk 2 miles every night. If I cut out the butter, bacon & fats, will I lose a stone in those 2 weeks?

Damn - just had 2 vanilla creams & a Mr Kipling Oatibake.
Guess that 'diet' will have to start tomorrow then?
Try the high protein diet - Dukan diet (google it) A friend of mine has lost a pound a day. Very boring, expensive but it works!
