Sore little toes

I have got red pressure/rub marks on the outsides of my little toes. Does anyone have a solution to stop the stinging sensation please?

Yes, I suppose that is the real solution. Will the marks and stinging sensation disappear or is it a permanent condition?

surely that depends on how long youve been causing them damage for.

If you were just wearing tight shoes for one eve out then they will heal quickly.

if you have worn shoes that are too small forever then who knows what lasting damage youve done

Thanks redcrx. It was a particular pair of shoes which were causing the problem. Don't wear them now! Perhaps I stopped wearing them in time.
