Fresh orange juice should do it eventually
Fresh fruit like plums, or prunes [both stoned & pureed].  Danone Activa do several with youghurt on top & fruit below.  Plenty of fluids, if needs be get her to sit on the loo / potty, get her to relax by reading a story playing a game etc.   My daughter had it as a child, we eventtually got her some child suppositories which did the trick.  If it persists see the nurse or doc at your local practice.
my mum used to give me fibergel drinks, they are pretty disgusting but they do the job.

Prunes work every time! If you give her fresh stone fruit like plums or peaches and yoghurt regularly too, it should help avoid it in the future.

cant you put lactolose in his orange juice or something???
