I've got little red spots or pimples on my upper arms which I would like to get rid of. I didn't have them there before I put on weight so I'm guessing they maybe due to cellulite (sp). Does anyone know what I can use to get rid of them? I'm not looking for a miracle overnight cure but I'd like to know if there is a cream that I can apply to the area to reduce them over a period of time. I'm going to get an exfoliating mitt as well to see if that helps.

I woudnt think its cellulite. Ive seen it on many girls. Definatly exfoliate and try e45. I had itchy skin for a time and started to use e45, cleared it right up. Or maybe try sudocream, its often used to treat rashes and skin complaints. Been around for years, so must work! If that dosnt work, try bio-oil!

Thanks Sophj, I've got some E45 cream anyway so I'll try that and exfoliate every night.

I've had them all my life - try to improve the circulation with brushing, mine were a lot worse when I was younger. some info here (there are other links on Google) http://www.salongeek....spots-upper-arms.html

Ahhh thanks Box. So its called Keratosis. I might try the mud pack thing that it mentions as well. And the brushing also. My thighs could do with this treatment as well!
i had this suddenly a while back. i exfoliated/scrubbed with mitt and moisturised well. it's gone now.

Thats great Luwarm. I've started exfoliating with my bath sponge until I get a mitt tomorrow and I've been using a moisturiser which has collegen. Its only been a couple of days and the area feels a lot smoother already :o)

Sounds interesting Helen. I've got olive oil (not going to use the good stuff though) and I've got sea salt. I'll give it a go :o)
