i wasnt ever at Slimming World when they did the red and green days only. I joined when they had just introduced Extra Easy and lost 2 and a half stone on it. Started in January 2010 and had lost 2.5 stone by May 2010.
its brilliant and so easy to follow x
I'm losing weight with it - I've done the red and green and was a bit doubtful about it when I went back a few weeks ago. I couldn't see how it was going to work but I've lost 9lb now following it. It's quite easy once I got my head round it.
I have lost a stone in 5 weeks.Brilliant diet with very little that you cant eat.And a few treats each day in the form of syns. Much better than the old Red/ Green days.
finding it a little slower but much easier to stick to this time I have lost 2 stone in 12 weeks the same point under the old system I'd lost nearly three
I could do with shifting the weight I`ve put on over the winter. I`ve never tried Slimming World. Is it easier than WW? Is it practical? I can`t do not being able to eat certain things together (ie red and green days) due to my lifestyle.
I do extra easy on slimming world and i have lost 3 stone in 26 weeks. They do still have red and green days if u prefer them but extra easy says what says on the tin. U can it loads of food and u get up 2 15 syns a day for treats or whatever u fancy as long as it is in moderation. I am really pleased with the new way of eating.
Yes, please can you summarize what the Extra Easy is, basically? I did the red/green years ago and felt it meant eating too much and too many things from tins etc. How is this now different? I can't find the instructions online.
I've just been looking at the website, either I'm having a 'moment' (highly likely) or I'll only get details of this extra easy thing if I sign up to the online thing... which I don't want to do without knowing more about it... I'm probably just being simple.
Basically, you can eat anything from the free lists on the red and green plan - but you can only have 1 A choice and 1 B choice from the healthy Extras. So if you have cereal you can't have your 2 slices of bread from a 400 grm loaf etc and vice versa on B. With A you either have your milk or cheese. You can still have both but you would then have to calculate a syn value for one of them. I hope that makes sense. :-))
Ooo , sounds to complicated and impractical for me. I`m sure it`s very good for some lifestyles but I think I`m going to stick to WeightWatchers after all.
You all make it sound so easy. I have about 2 stone to shift and I am not very good at being strict with myself also it's a bit out of the way to go to the classes where I live. Do they have it on line?
