Well, I'm kind of licky on the mortgage front.

But ..."homes" ... and anywhere you live costs money, if you want to keep it nice.

And insurances of different sorts, and running a car, and paying tax, and goddaughter's school fees, and medical insurance.

I'd like to be young and carefree again !!
