Wrong ultrasound?

I found out i was pregnant 2 weeks ago and i had my first ultrasound when i was taken to hospital aton saturday due to alot of pain, baby is fine and they told me i was 10 weeks gone. Today i had another ultra sound due to complications and to check everything was ok, only this time i was told i was 13 weeks gone?? They said the first one was obviously wrong and i am definately 13 weeks gone...... just wondered if this has ever happened to anyone??

probably reviewed by a more senior member of staff using other developmental markers rather than just size

I was told i was 12 weeks gone when i thought i was 8 weeks. Panic set in on the 20 week scan cos they said baby was small. I explained i may be only 16 weeks gone and after 2 more scans and a bit of poking about they agreed.Baby born on time to my dates.
