Hi all,
I had CFS and various other health issues for over 6 years and got better using Mickel Therapy.
I now am able to offer it to clients as well.
There is nothing cryptic about it! It is a spoken therapy that does not seek to change thoughts but rather respond using actions to the honest messages the body is sending. i.e. you sit on a pin your body sends you a symptom of pain. You can shout and scream or think positively, but only when you remove the pin the body can stop sending the symptom.
If anyone has further questions, feel free to post here or email me on: [email protected]
Thanks,
