Secondly....you may have a twin foetus, but at this early stage if one is aborted then the other will also be aborted.
I can understand you being upset, but I cannot give you expectations that are unlikely to be realised. blood test now will be of little value as it may still be positive whilst you are aborting.
Please be patient for another week.

Honey, that may not have helped, IMO, particularly as it's around the time when your period would have been due.
Having been where you are, I'm afraid if it's going to happen it will - but keep as calm as you can, no straining or stretching. You can pop in a tampon without any harm, if it makes you feel more comfortable.

honey.. first remember sad as this is it is proof you can get pregnant and even for those without problems first pregnancies often end in early miscarriage... although years ago before pregnancy tests it would have been dismissed as a very late period...
If this pregnancy has failed don't blame yourself as it would probably have happened anyway... it just wasn't meant to be
Give yourself a little break and start again... although the point about twins is a good one and just very occasionally the second twin goes on... and with clomid twin pregnancies are very common (It is likely I would have been a twin... mum said the evil one survived )
Don't give up hope and remember the things you have to strive hardest for are the most precious when they are achieved

Just wanted to send you hugs and wish you good luck vibes.. When I was pregnant with my son at around 9weeks I started bleeding.. first browny then went to bright red, panicked immediately and rang the out of hours doctors.. Unfortauntely all doctors where out on call etc.. but told me to keep an eye on the situation until around 9am. Thankfully the bleeding stopped and the baby was fine.. Sometimes we bleed whilst pregnant and everything is fine. I know how much of a worry bleeds are, I have had 3 miscarriages in the past so really do feel for you xx
if possible, it would also be sensible to have some time off work if heavy lifting etc is a core part of your job. some physical rest now and trying to reduce your stress levels (extremely difficult, i know) in order to try and give your body a break. every little may help here - i started beelding at four weeks and had two weeks bed rest (at the order of my doc) because i was a carer in an older person's home. as you have tried so hard for a baby, you really need to give yourself the best opportunity. good luck x
