Its horrible scratching soles of my feet so i was using a towel to rub them hard but the heats totally rising from them! Ended up running them under cold tap! Usually slapping moisturiser on them helps but it didnt this time what could this be?

You say "itchy feet"......if that includes itching between the toes, then it would suggest a fungus infection e.g Athlete's foot.

Mycil cream should be used twice daily and your shoes should be sprayed with Mycil powder.
Can't be anything simple like your bath being too hot can it?
I used to get "itchy" with a change in temperature eg going from wrm bed to cold room, etc. It was recomended that I take boots Allergy Relief Antihistamine tablets. I take 2 a day now & it works.
My daughter gets itchy feet and hands, it gets so bad that she ends in tears. She's been to see a specialist but they say there's no answer to it, it's just 'one of those things' She's been told to take antihistamines (she finds Tesco own label work the best) and if it gets too bad, don't scratch but put a hairdryer on cool and use that. Hope this helps x

Thanks! At least its not all the time x
My brother has been advised to soak his hands in a mixture of vinegar and warm water to stop itching, might be worth a try
The only thing I can think of is circulation not so good as OH suffers this from time to time and his circulation is really bad in his feet.
