im in scotland doing a training course.( im from n.ireland) course starts in morning, i havent slept all night as i had a drink yesterday, anyway i dont want to be getting any kind of alcohol withdrawl symptoms in classroom as this course is very important to me, can my doc back home call a local pharmacy in scotland and get me librium or sleeping pills ?

what is a good sleeping pill or something to make me realx that i can buy over counter ?
