Things some people say

Just had a thought, but I need your help, don't
worry, it's nothing too
taxing!

It's about things we say that are sometimes just total nonsense.

I will give you three examples to start with and you will get my meaning.
(hopefully!!)

1) "I wouldn't let him/her babysit my kids" (Phrase)
BUT - the phrase was said by a person with NO kids
(that's the nonsense bit!)

2) "I wouldn't let them cut my hair"
Said by someone who is bald.

3) A phrase displayed by an escalator:
'Dogs must be carried'.

This is fine, but what if you don't have a dog?

4)I'm just gonna jump in the shower

5) I'm just gonna shoot down the road

Just asking you lot to share phrases you hear that are clearly just silly ones

i.e : I'm just going for a run in the car
clearly I'm not literally gonna run in the car.
