Was doin boxin training 2day, and when on the punchbags ive pulled a muscle in my neck and cant move it. It is extremely painful but i cant just rest it as i have to do coursewrk on the computer. any suggestions how to help it? thanks in advance :p

Hold a pack of Frozen Peas on the pulled muscle for 10 minutes to reduce the swelling and ease the pain.. That's what physios do and it works. Take ibuprufen which will also reduce the swelling.
Easy for me to say, but you should rest it for a day or two and not work at a computer (which is about the worse thing you can do). If you do use a computer make sure your back is well supported right up to your shoulders and sit very straight.
Would you consider using alternative health suppliments? The reason for asking is that 'Devil's Claw' is a very effective natural anti inflammatory.
