Can a female get pregnant with twins by two different fathers? If so what is the time frame in which this can happen? A week? A month? This is also with having the babies at the same time.

No this cant happen at all it just cant.

Physically impossible, considering twins are a split of the same genetic code (dna).

Bearing in mind that two "fathers" (men) will not have the same DNA, they cannot be compounded donars to one set of twins.

Yes,
You can get pregnant by two different people if you are with more than one person and ovulating more than one egg at the time. You only have a window of about 3 days for this to accur.
