Hi Folks it was Neuralgia, now have tablets to take, Carbamazepine

but only on second day of tabs, feeling a little spaced, but seem to be taking the edge of of pain, would if needed still be able to take Ibuprofen?

In all probability it would be fine and if it were me and Ibuprofen relieved my pain, then I would take it.

There is a chance, an outside chance that it MIGHT upset the dose of your Carbamazepine.......but it is a risk that I would take personally.
