I left my family home in the South of England to follow a job in Scotland when I was in my early 20s. Many years later I moved back south, when I got my current job I moved from the city where I knew loads of people to this small town where I didn't know anyone. It's great, you can take your time, be who you want to be - you join clubs and so on, to get to know people and to make new friends. I'd do it again if I had to.
