If I had the money then i would have ...

Boobs reduced and lifted

Flabby upper arms sorted out

liposuction on tummy and thighs

Bikini line ..legs..under arms lasered

ooohhhh and eye brows

i reckon thats it ...

when i get older and start getting wrinkles i think im gonna have botox and a boob job when they go saggy. i would also like to get rid of celulite and have a nose job. 1 other thing i would consider is getting a 'designer vagina'  my bf thinks im mad but im very self consious of down there!!!!!

Absolutely not - it's bad enough if you HAVE to have operations without actually volunteering for them!

The world has gone crazy, it's really time that we all accepted that no-one's perfect, everyone's different and it's what's on the inside that matters. When you can love yourself no matter what you look like, that's when everyone else will love you and you'll be truly happy.

delilahcat - I agree with you to a degree.

I watch the Discovery Channel late at night & am amazed at the lengths some people will go to to look 'perfect'.

However, I can fully understand people wanting nose jobs (for personal/medical reasons), tummy tucks (after childbirth/massive weight loss), breast reductions (for medical/confidence reasons) & some breast enlargements (for after childbirth/confidence boosting).

The trouble is some people don't know where to stop & end up with the 'perfect' face, but with a scraggy old neck & hands! I think I'd prefer to let the whole of my body grow old at the same rate.

Having said that, everyone to their own & if it makes you feel good do it!

Well I often joke about needing a nose & boob job & a facelift looks like it's fast approaching!!  In reality however I doubt I'd have the courage to go under the knife, as smudge & delilahcat say the world's gone mad.  Besides, as I've said before, for someone who should have been dead for 20 years I look pretty amazing!!

Good on yer Robinia - you're too young & nice to go through those pearly gates just yet!!

Couldn't agree more In A Pickle. If everyone learned to live with their imperfections perhaps it would become acceptable to be less than perfect. And I often think, like you, that people's real problems are in their head.
I'd love to have a nose job but I wouldnt go any further then that. anyone want to lend me 2 grand?????
Yes and I would have the lot - then there would be this wonderfully beautiful young slip of a thing leaping about!!!
oh plastic surgery - I though you said magic lol

I used to think I would never have plastic surgery but the older I get, the more I find myself thinking about it. In reality I will NEVER have the 2000 + needed, and if I did I certainly wouldn;t spend it on hoisting up part of my anatomy that nobody is ever going to get to see anyway!! I'm not THAT bothered...!

No - far too terrified, and see enough ops at work.
Also tend to agree with delilahcat.
HOWEVER if could get over the fear etc I would love to have a flat tummy.
Remember that old saying about your boobs descending to your knees with age?
Well mine won't ever do that 'cos tummy in the way!!!

I have had lots of operations for medical reasons and I would never, ever consider cosmetic surgery unless I was suffering from severe deformities.  Operations carry great risks.  I completely agree with delilah cat.

What a sad, sad world we live in now that we are so obsessed with having perfect faces and bodies.

If I had the money I would go for a boob job. I'm quite happy with the size of mine but breastfeeding, age and gravity have taken their toll. My friends think I'm mad to even contemplate it and tell me that being able to tuck my boobs into my knickers is a great party piece.
I can think of several things I'd have done. But if I perfected all my imperfections, I'd have to think of something else to moan about!!
i would have a lapband

INP - surely you know that however old we get on the outside - we are always young on the inside and certainly don't feel the age we look!!!

yes, as soon as i have enough money, and i'd have a nose job. some of my other imperfections could be solved with cosmetic surgery, but since these are mostly niggling things that irritate me but don't affect my life/self-esteem too much then i'd leave them be.
