  well Abe Ditori, well mine nicknames kinda rude. it all started when my cousin called me gingerp1zzflaps (i had to spell it that way incase ab wouldnt let me post!!) because my natural hair colour is ginger/auburn. but since this is a respectable site i have shortened it down to gingerflaps, im trying to be as descreet as possible but some how i feel like im digging myself a big hole.   i'll shut up now!!!!!!

AllYourBase "ASL?" still goes on but users of forums/chatrooms tend to be divided into two groups: ppl hu use abbrvi8shnz of evryfink n fink it maykz lyf eezea bcz its qukr 2 type and those of us who do use real words, and make use of punctuation & grammar. in the first group, people use "ASL?" & respond. in the latter, "ASL?" would be greeted with a wince, and then the three parts would be answered using a sentence such as "my name's maria, i'm a 17 year old girl from south east london" rather than 17/f/london
