Vasectomy reversal update...

Further to my recent post about Bobjugs and I wanting to start a family, we met with the Consultant/Registrar on Monday and he's been put on the waiting list.

We have been told that we have a 60% chance of success and the waiting list is 3 to 6 months.

ps spend the waiting time usefully by practising or tracking you cycles so you will know when is best to conceive

Ummmm, according to the chap we saw, the reversal is more painful than the original procedure, which completely contradicts everything I have read online.

I got results from ultrasound back nomercy and I'm fine :-)

Well done NoNercy and if the reversal is successful, ....you will be ;-)

It is a much longer procedure, as one has to find both ends and then reattach them......not easy ...even with an operating microscope.
