i crouched down in a shop today to look at bird seed and ever since my lower left leg has been painful with pins and needles. have no clue what it is, and it hurts!

No big deal.........muscular spasm has trapped the sciatic nerve.

Google "piriformis syndrome" at your leisure.

Ibuprofen 400mgs as and when necessary to relieve the pain up to every 6 hours.

Monitor the situation as it should settle within the week.
