Have you ever done anything really rotten?

Confession time. Some background - husband lived at home then went into the army; lived in digs when he left then we got married so he had never learned to do simple DIY like wiring a plug etc. I was brought up to do everything, paper, paint, rewire plugs, clear u-bends etc. Anyway, we had a massive row one night and in the morning I was still seething. He loved his telly, but before I went to work I removed the fuse from the plug. He thought TV was broken and I left it that way for 3 days. Hubby passed away some years ago without ever finding out what I'd done. I know I should feel bad, but it still makes me chuckle when I think about it.

Ex husband was coming to the house to collect some furniture ... one item was an oak sideboard he'd lovingly stripped and waxed.... I found some woodwormy old wood and put small pieces of it into gaps in the underneath and behind the drawers His lovers house was a period cottage all stripped boards and antique funiture,,,, I do hope he didn't find it until it was too late...
I also put cat poo in a cooker hood in a rented place we were leaving after the landlord acted up and made our lives miserable, got the idea from a time when my elderly cat did it accidently....

Yes, and it still haunts me today...40 years ago my daughter aged 2 pulled my clothes horse over with freshly ironed clothes which had taken me 2 hours to do (& I hate ironing) she sat in the middle & was throwing them about, I saw red & smacked her accross the face,we both cried together. She doesn't remember but I DO.

Not personally but I know someone who worked in a restaurant and hated the owner. The owner wanted a chicken cooked for his lunch. The chef got the chicken tied a length of string to it's legs and then flushed it down the toilet.
He then pulled the chicken back up the loo and cooked it for the boss's lunch.

I've done bad things but not in a lighthearted way. Like Naomi I don't tend to play unpleasant tricks on people, because I'd find that somehow really wrong wheras smacking someone in the face whose begging for it really doesn't. I know that's probably a weird way of looking at things, but I'd find playing practical jokes that make people look or feel foolish or which messes with what they would normally do really cruel.
I was invited by someone I knew, who was totally inebriated at the time and being as big an ass as he could manage, to punch him. One good uppercut to his jaw and he was out like a light. It would have been rude to refuse him in the circumstances. To have refused him would have been a rotten thing to do ;)
