Can anyone tell me how to apply eyebrow pencil without it disappearing. Mine does not stay put for any length of time. Also does anyone know anything about false eyebrows. There are some made by Nu-Brow in USA. They seem to be difficult to get here. Think I am going to do something as my brows are disappearing.

Don't put the liquid on first, though, as the crayon will take it off again! A finer crayon is the Glimmerstick Brow Definer and if the Brow Definer is unavailable, use a mascara (but not too much!) as the brush should give the right effect.

I have a similar problem with pencils, they just won't stay on me. It usually either rubs off or ends up on my eyelids and under my eyes, drives me mad!
I find the liquid ones hard to apply but some of the felt tip pen type ones are good. I've got one that is hard to wash off. I did find a brush a bit easier than the liquid applicators you get in the pot though but I can never get thick clean exact looking lines so tend to keep close to the eyelash line.
I'd love to be able to do lovely arty smoky eyes and be able to do eyeliner where it looks all professional and artistic but I'm just rubbish at it!
I'm currently debating whether to try putting my false eyelashes on myself for a Christmas do on Friday.

Agree with Sheri and Karen, use an eyeshadow type one.
Estee Lauder do one, which is quite good. I haven't tried the Urban Decay one, but their stuff is usually great, so I'd go with that.
I don't recommend having semi-perm make-up. It stings like hell, and wears off after six months. Plus, I think it looks a bit "obvious".

I use the Urban Decay Brow Box in shade "Brown Sugar" which has 2 natural brown powder shades plus a little angled brush for applying it, and a mini pair of tweezers plus a wax which you can apply to the eyebrow to seal in the colour and make them look glossy (if you like that sort of thing, I never bother with that and just use the powder) It's definitely better than a pencil, though I do keep an eyebow brush handy for brushing out any extra pigment.
Flip, the semi permanent ones I mean are just transfers and they only last 1-3 days. They usually come on a sheet of 7 and in many different shades, they look quite realistic.
