And certain pharmacists too i tihnk.  Even Boots.  I think.  Don't hold me to it - but I heard a rumour.  Call NHS direct on 0845 46 47 for details.

I agree with all thats been said above but would just like to add that although its callled  "the  morning after pill"  it can be taken up to 72 hours after sexual intercourse. but dont delay   DO IT NOW !!

It isn't free from Boots, my friend had to pay �20 for it there.  I'd recommend your local family planning clinic, mine is brilliant and certainly don't lecture.  I would suggest that rather than your doctors, for one thing you can just walk in and don't need to make an appointment.  Also, incase you do go to the pharmacy, you might not want to braodcast to everyone what you need - the M.A.P is called Levonelle, incase you feel a bit self concious.
