end! I would appreciate any suggestions in what I can do to help my boobs to stop itching, it is really bad on my nipples but if I try to scratch it doesnt alleviate the itch, and its quite painful at the same time, I have been to docs as had this on and off for 2 years, last night was really bad as the constant itching kept me awake. No flaky/dry skin anywhere on them. I felt like ripping them off last night to the point I had bright red scratch marks all over them.

Seriously. Get it!
I have the worst hayfever ever! Itchy skin eyes etc from feb till aug at least and these help me sleep at night aswell cos the itching was keeping me awake.
Obviouslt its best to find the cause but in the meantime try those (also called promethazine- take at bedtime only!!)!x

I'd completely forgotten until I read this post that I experienced this at the start of the menopause. Absolute torture - I used antihistamine cream, ditto the seamless bras as above. It seems to have just gone......I think some of the other more alarming symptoms of my menopause just gave me more to think about (agonising periods with flooding that would have floated the Ark) and when it all subsided, the itching had gone.
Good luck!
