Be Honest How Much Salad Do You Eat

Great CD....My Sis is visiting from NZ on the 10th of April for 3 weeks....So we should all be hugged and loved to death by the end of April...I miss my Sis so much :o( Great news about your Job.... I should eat more, my parents were great when we were growing up, grew a lot themselves (and fruit and veg) and it was standard tea every Saturday and Sunday to have salad with some nice deli meat. I eat a lot of tomatos and tend to get salad in sandwiches.

I like quite simple salad though, not that keen on all the fancy leaves and stuff like fruit and nuts and heavy dressings shoved in them.

I can only eat it with salad cream on it. It is so utterly tasteless. Pity it is good for us or I wouldn't eat it at all.

My all time favourite though is watercress, heavy on the salt :)

Have to put so much dressing on to make it palatable, would negate the value of the salad so we go for lots of fruit instead. Use lots of celery beetroot and tomatoes in cooking though.

Im with daftgrandad on this, and if he wanted me to eat all those seeds they but on bread etc he would have given me a beak!!
