I recently did the one thing I always said I'd never do and bought one of those fitness aids - it's called the 6 Second Abs machine - I've tried the workout and it sure does seem to work the correct muscles of the stomach - but I'm wondering if you really can just sit and do one pull down and up of the machine and have the equivalent of 15 crunches?  Have I been conned? LOL!! Or does anybody have this and perhaps have seen results?  Thanks!!

Sadly this sort of kit will usually end up under the bed or in a jumble sale after a few weeks, when the novelty and enthusiasm wear off. None of them are necessary, you can tone your abs perfectly well and safely with a program of exersises, provided they are done regularly, and with correct form, plus sensible dietry measures. And it doesnt cost 30 or whatever it was!
Everybody knows you can do it for free - but it's like the gym - its an extra incentive. What I really want to know - as I have been considering it also (go to ebay its a 3rd of the price) is does it reduce the amount of time?
I get so bored doing exercise and that's why I'm terrible at perseverance. So if this thing can do one round as 15 crunches then it is worth a tenner.
Does anyone know if it does - or do you end up spending the same amount of time on it?

Ive just bought one of these for 10 on a market stall. I have tried it and it does seem to be doing something but does it work as effectively as it says and can you get holf of the extra bands. As for the diet. Shredded chicken for breakfast, NO WAY !!!!

Easy ab exercise at home you can do for ripped abs
I first bought this product 15 years ago. Well same principal, it used elastic bands, What results I got. When the bands perished the machine was finished, I have been looking for years for a replacement. As so as I saw this 6 Abbs machine advertised I bought it. I do 100 pushes a day, Can't wait for the results. I should have purchased the DVD as well, but held back incase this product was bad. I was amazed when I opened the box. The new version was so fantastic I could hardly wait to start. I wished I had purchased the DVD now. If any one knows where I can get a copy please let me know.
