Mobile phone during 'Rock the Casbah'

I asked this question a few weeks ago but no one came up with an answer. On the album 'Teenage Kicks', a fairly recent compilation album of 70's music, you can distinctly hear a mobile phone ringing half way through The Clash' 'Rock the Casbah'. It obviously could not have been on the original single as no mobiles were around in 1981.

Any one know why or how it's there?

what ring tone is it? Does any one answer? I am intrigued now, but I already got most of the stuff on that comp.

It's just a default ring tone, nothing special.

At least it's not the Crazy Frog.

Yes have noticed this between 01:15 - 02:42 on the track. Its an old mono type ringtone sound
Mobiles were around in 1981, i recently watched a film broadcast then and several of the characters used their mobiles
It's on the album version aswell.
