Gaging after eating? .....................My daughter,38 , Has been doing this
4 Answers
over a week now. She has never been very good with food. and her diet isnt very good at all. This has been an on going thing since she was young. But last week she mentioned this to me and today I have seen what she means. Within ten minutes of eating she started urging or gaging as if she was going to be sick. This is putting her off of eating anything. Could anyone shed a light to this for me please. I must say I have told her she needs to see the doctor asap. Many thanks
ow just one thing. I did wonder if it was stress related as this last week they have been moving. Although are now in the new house since friday.

Did mention it to the doc, think he said something like over active/sensitive gag reflex. If I think about anything in my mouth I start gagging, dentist visits are a nightmare, especially if they have to take an impression, god, I'm gagging just thinking about that. I'm a sick sympathiser as well, if anyones throws up around me then, woof.
